Get ready to add Vampire Diaries star Kat Graham to your list of goodbyes, as she is planning to leave Mystic Falls too soon.
She told US Weekly that after being a part of the #TVD family since 2009, she will be leaving post season 8. She discussed this decision at last week's iHeartRadio Music Awards and revealed that the crew will be the hardest thing to leave behind. However, depending on the fate of the show, she may not have to worry.
