Where do I start...
I would let you read the notes that I started to write at the beginning of the episode, but about 15 minutes in, I gave up. It's too hard to write detailed notes, live tweet (which if you check my twitter you can clearly see that ended quickly as well), and try to understand what the heck is going on. I still don't know what the heck was going on. The "A" reveal was far from "out there". It was somewhere between psychotic crazy and derailed Spencer Hastings crazy. It was fitting that they shoot this episode in Radley, because that is exactly where it belonged.
The intro into the show really excited me. A was standing on top of the building and I am hoping that A will jump, and put the liars out of their misery. That was when I realized, that we need A to have a show, therefore, Charles can't commit suicide.

I knew Sara Harvey was a part of everything once she left those girls on the other side of the door to the locked room. I had my suspicions that something was up just because she was a new character, and she was in the bunker all along. Turns out I was right. Not only was Sara redcoat, but she was also black widow. I feel so bad for Emily, she is usually the one to lose people or be betrayed. Nice right hook!!!

I really wasn't super shocked that Cece was A. Not because I had any suspicions, just out of disappointment, I guess. However, Charles/Cece/Charlie's story was something that I never saw coming. Some parts of the story she told made me feel bad for her, but there were some missing pieces to the puzzle.

To be honest, I binged watched this show and the whole Bethany/Allison/Sara/Cece/Charles thing is a little hazy. I feel like every time they talk about the night Allison "died", they have a new story. Either way, Bethany 1) Should not have pushed poor Mrs. Cavanaugh, and 2) She should not have blamed it on Charles.

I think that they should/could have ended the series here. I would have been sad but I feel like now everything is just going to be a repeat. Cece says, "Game over," but does she really mean it? Obviously not based on the time jump. It was a good mid-season finale whether I was disappointed with who A was or not. Hopefully they will move a new direction when season 6 starts again. Comment what you thought of the episode or what you think will happen next!

In my last recap and review, I said the liars would definitely go to prom. I was right. There wouldn't be show if they didn't dress up in pretty dresses and go snooping around somewhere they shouldn't be. After all, it is called Pretty Little Liars...
First, lets talk fashion. None of them were wearing the generic prom dresses that you would get at Macy's, but none of them are really average girls. Hanna's hair was perfect and her dress was very flattering but I would not have picked those shoes to wear. Emily's dress was really pretty but I wish they had done something with her hair besides put a crown in it because she's not prom queen. Spencer's dress was more traditional and simple, but very flattering on her, I just wish they had done more with her hair and make-up (and what was with all the rings?). Aria's dress looked like she made it, it was cute and it went with the theme, but not something I would wear to prom. But of course, they were all looking fabulous either way.
About the Old Little Liars...
They finally feel the wrath of A! I can't remember the last time that all the moms were together in one room. Their first mistake was drinking all that wine, and their second mistake was assuming that their children would actually stay in the barn and have their pretend prom. Although, the young liars could learn a few things:

There were some awkward moments between the moms, but Mrs. Hasting's outburst was by far the funniest thing in the whole episode. After they are in the DiLaurentis household, Rhys walks in, right on cue, and they have the suspicion that he is Charles. Which means that he can't be, right? This episode may have been a little creepy (nothing a long-time pll fan can't handle, right?), but the "drunk mothers on a mission" thing had me laughing out loud. This gif sums it up pretty well in my opinion...

Ally has been disappointing me lately. I thought there was hope for her and then the whole Lorenzo indecent (which he is such a gentleman for coming to prom to forgive her) happened, then she started feeling sorry for Charles just because he is her brother, and then she snuck off to prom and insulted Spencer, who was just trying to help.

Caleb had me feeling all kinds of things during this episode. I got mad at him at first because I thought he had abandoned Hanna before prom, but instead he was doing something cute for Hanna, which totally won be back as a strong supporter of Haleb. I new Caleb would pull through! On the other hand, I would have never guessed Clark was an undercover cop. That one really threw me and the liars off.
Well next week is the summer finale we have all been waiting for. Will A finally be unmasked?!

Pretty Little Liars FrAmed Recap and Review
*Spoiler Alert*
Do not read this if you have not seen Season 6 Episode 8 of Pretty Little Liars.
This week gave us some interesting details that change the game before the summer finale. First, we meet Rhys, who is really good-looking, but super sketchy. I swore it was Jason when he walked in to meet Hanna and Spencer. Even though he is a dead ringer for a Dilaurentis, there is no way he can be Charles. I am positive that Marlene King (or someone working on pll) said that A is someone we have known all along. I have never seen Rhys before, and the writers are making it seem like he is Charles, which means it can't be him. Secondly, we learned that redcoat is back. Didn't we reveal that Cece and Allison were redcoat?! I doubt it is Cece because 1) why would she work for Charles and 2) why would she come back? It seems way too obvious to be Cece, so who could it be? We also saw redcoat when Charles got in the limo to receive his prom ticket. Lastly, we figure out that Clark has some skeletons in his closet. I never trusted Clark ever since he met Aria. He was always asking too many questions. Not that I trust Ezra's intuition, but I agreed that Aria needs to stay away from Clark.

I think that Hanna should keep that scholarship money. It's 30,000 dollars, if Charles decides to take it away then she doesn't have that money, but when she gives it away, she still won't have that money. If there was a chance that Charles is unrelated to the money (which he probably is related), then I would have kept it, and been $30,000 richer.
Alison need to chill with being sympathetic towards her brother. He is A. He has been tormenting her and the rest of the liars for most of their high school lives. He never acted very brotherly, what is going to make him change now?

On the the topic of Alison, I shipped her and Lorenzo because I think that a relationship would be good for her at this time. But then she blew it. I guess Alison will always be Alison. Aria, on the other hand should be more careful who she hangs out with. Not only because of Clark, but let's not forget Ezra was A a couple of seasons ago. He may be adorable, but I still don't trust him.
I was NOT expecting the incident at the gallery. Maybe it was because I wanted one of the liars to actually have a happy moment. I was expecting Aria to win and want to move out to take the art internship. I guess mother will always know best...

We all know that the liars will end up going to prom because who doesn't like high school dance catastrophes? Hopefully we will actually get to see Charles, considering we were promised to find out who A is during the season 5 finale and all we got was a name. Comment your thoughts on this episode and tell me if you think the liars should go to prom or not.
